To mark Earth Day, we bring you photos that highlight the diverse and beautiful planet. 

The Association of Photographers (AOP) announced their 37th edition of the Photography Awards Winners for the environment category in conjunction with Earth Day.

We bring you all the environment category finalist entries, including of course the gold and silver winners. 

These photos highlight both the importance of the environment as well as its diversity.

The category was judged by Daphne Christelis, Head of Photo & Video, Greenpeace UK who said, “It was surprisingly hard to judge, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I never tire of seeing the world through someone else’s eyes, seeing someone else’s vision of what is around us.”
