Fatalities: The latest updates from the Nepalese authorities has updated the death toll to nearly 500 at 489.

Fatalities: The Nepalese police service say that 270 bodies have been recovered in the country, a drastic increase from the 165 that was reported to have died earlier today.

Authorities expect fatalities to further increase today and the coming days as rescue and recovery missions intensify.
